LJ Sheehan, Inc. strives to provide general contracting and construction management services to the local commercial markets that are unlike the typical “on time” and “on budget” claims. Our goal is to leave our clients feeling they found a trustworthy and extremely competent general contractor who provides a level of service and satisfaction that they want and require while never waiving on the utmost attention to the details.
LJ Sheehan, Inc. was established to pursue the founder’s desire to build a company based on the belief that there are still clients that value true professionalism, honesty and quality that seem to elude so many firms in South Florida. The repeat client is the main focus of our search and target of our marketing efforts.
Leif J. Sheehan is the founder and President of LJ Sheehan, Inc. Leif is a South Florida native, with a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Construction Management from the University of Florida. Having served the South Florida commercial construction market since 1992, Leif has been involved in projects ranging from international airport terminals to small tenant improvements and everything in between. Well known by his peers, the best way to ascertain the validity of Leif and his accomplishments is to pick up the phone and call anyone that has worked with or for him over the years.
